1. Product description

     The conventional thickness of polyurethane foam cold storage panels is 80mm-200mm, and the width is usually 1000mm-1200mm. The length can be customized as needed; the panel can be optionally colored steel plate (surface coated to prevent corrosion), stainless steel plate (suitable for medical/food grade cleanliness needs) (required), the core material is high-density polyurethane foam (density ≥40kg/m³), which is formed by high-pressure foaming process. The core material and the panel are tightly bonded without gaps; the panel side is equipped with a concave and convex groove splicing structure, which can be quickly spliced and filled with sealant during installation to reduce cold leakage.

2. Product features

①Super thermal insulation: The polyurethane foam core material has a high closed cell ratio and extremely low thermal conductivity, which can effectively block the incoming external heat, reduce the refrigeration energy consumption of the cold storage, and maintain a stable temperature inside the storage (adapting to different cold storage needs of -40°C to 10°C).
②Sturdy structure: After the double-sided panel and core material are combined, the overall strength is high, and the bending and impact resistance are good. It can be used directly as the wall and roof of the cold storage without additional support structures, simplifying the construction process.
③Weather-resistant and durable: The panel is anti-corrosion and anti-aging, and the core material is not easy to absorb water and deform. It has a service life of more than 15 years under normal use and does not require frequent maintenance, reducing later operating costs.
④Clean and environmentally friendly: The core material has no odor and does not release harmful gases. The panel is easy to clean and meets the needs of clean cold storage.

3. Main purposes

①Food cold chain cold storage: used for the walls and roofs of frozen/refrigerated warehouses for meat, aquatic products, fruits and vegetables, etc. to maintain freezing temperatures below -18°C or refrigeration temperatures between 0°C and 8°C to ensure food freshness.
② Medical cold storage: It is used to produce cold storage for medicine and vaccine storage. Because the materials are clean and non-toxic and the heat preservation is stable, it can meet the stringent requirements of 2℃~8℃ medicine refrigeration or -25℃ vaccine freezing.
③Industrial low-temperature scenarios: used in the construction of low-temperature storage workshops for chemical raw materials and cold chain logistics transfer cold storage, adapting to industrial-grade low-temperature environments to ensure the safety of material storage.
